Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are hoping, that by 2017, we will be able to ship internationally. Stay tuned for updates!

For madrinas iced Coffee & cold brew:

If for whatever reason you are not pleased with your purchase of Madrinas Coffee, we encourage you to chat with us about it. However, because we sell a food-grade product, we will not accept any returns. Either way, we would like for you to reach out to us at support@madrinascoffee.com so that we may do our very best to square things away.

For Madrinas micro roast coffee:

If for whatever reason you are not pleased with your subscription of Madrinas Coffee, we encourage you to chat with us about it. However, because of our fresh-to-order roasting schedule, you must notify us at support@madrinascoffee.com within 24 hours of the purchase in order for us to be able to refund your latest subscription. If you are able to contact us within 24 hours, we will do our very best to square things away. If you are unable to contact us within the 24-hour time period, we will work with you on solving the problem, whatever it may be, going forward. 

For ‘Non-Coffee’ items:

If for whatever reason you are not pleased with your purchase of Madrinas merchandise (anything that isn’t coffee), we encourage you to chat with us about a return or exchange within the 30 days following the purchase date. You can help to begin this process by e-mailing your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange to support@madrinascoffee.com. We will do our very best to square things away.
